Cancellation Policy

Please read in its entirety: A non refundable retainer is due to secure your appointment upon booking. All Deposits are nonrefundable! You will receive an email to confirm appointment and a reminder email will be sent out 24 hrs prior to your appointment. If you are needing to reschedule or cancel YOU MUST DO SO 24HRS BEFORE APPOINTMENT TIME. Please note that More than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show. Payments accepted to settle your remaining balance for services rendered include cash, ApplePay, CashApp & Zelle. No refunds will be provided for any payments made.
